Tears in My House Tonight

Tonight I got the call from mom telling me that Grandpa died. I never knew I could cry this much. Even though I am glad he is out of the care center I do miss him and the tears just seem to never end. I am lucky to have had him as my grandpa. I will always remember the love I know he had for me, my sisters and brother. We were lucky to have had him close to us! I will remember the fun times at his house and wherever we went with him.

Happy 29th Baby

On the 18th of February my babe of 4 years turned 29!! Man is he getting old!! I made his favorite, rice krispie treats, and Madi insisted we needed candles so I had bought some to put in! Doesn't he look HOT!!

This picture is very blurry but it will do. Madi and Jace helped him blow the candles out and then we ate the treat with none other than vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup, his favorite!!
He is an awesome dad and an amazing husband we are sure lucky to have him!! Happy birthday T!

The Wonderful World of Disney!

What a fun weekend!! We went on our first EVER family vacation!! It was so much fun, I had never been to Disneyland so I think I was more excited than Madi and Jace!! After a very long drive to Anaheim we finally made it!! The kids were pretty good on the drive but was I sure glad to be done driving. We woke up early friday morning and headed out to find the Most Magical Place on Earth!!

The day started out pretty good, a little cloudy but nice. Not long after we had been at the park the rain started. I HATE the rain, it does nothing for my hair, so my day was going downhill quickly!! The good thing about the rain and disneyland was the the lines were very small. We got right on all of the rides we wanted and didn't have to worry about crowds, now that was awesome!!!

Here is "MOO" with her new favorite princess, Sleeping Beauty!! She didn't quite know what to think of them but she was a good sport. We didn't think to take any of her princess dresses so we gave in to begging and bought her one while there. She wouldn't take it off for the rest of the trip and if we had to hear the song, "I know you, I danced with you once upon a dream," I think we were all going to tape her mouth shut!!!

But isn't she the most gorgeous princess you have seen!!!

One of her favorite rides was the carousel. I thought this picture of her and TJ was so cute, I just had to post it!! Man am I lucky to have the two of them!!!

Here we are with Mickey! Madi and Jace love him so it was fun to get a picture with him!! We lucked out to find him inside his house while it was pouring rain outside!

Jace didn't quite know what to think of Pluto, He loves dogs and even has a stuffed Pluto but he was a little apprehensive about this dog!

We watched the parade in California Land and the kids had a ball, it was the highlight of their day, here they are getting ready for it to start. No Jace isn't Down's he just decided to act like it for the picture!!!

And of course what else would he find while we were on vacation, a MOP! Story of my life the kid always wants to be cleaning!!

I sure am lucky to have had such a good time, and the most wonderful kids and husband in the world!

KAYSON

So Sara and Darren finally welcomed Kayson into the world last night!! Congrats and it is about time!! I don't have pictures, I left before he was born, but he weighed 9 lbs, 3 oz, and was 22 1/4 inches long.

Thanks Sara and Darren for letting me be a part of the hospital, I would have honestly stayed the whole time but I didn't want to pass out AGAIN!!

Sara is going to be an awesome mom and Darren an awesome dad. Good luck on the road ahead!! I'll see you on Wednesday! (I will post pics when I get some!!)
